Ingredients
  • 2 cups of chicken breasts, cooked & chopped 
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked & drained
  • 1 large can of mushrooms
Directions
  1. In a large pot mix together the chicken, Ro-tel tomatoes, mushrooms, and spaghetti heat through
  2. Add Velveeta cheese to mixture and melt together
  3. Heath until chicken spaghetti is bubbly and serve hot
